Primary Source Research
Primary sources are firsthand historical accounts of an event, person or place. They can include images, artifacts, audio or written materials. Choose a primary source from Canada in World War II below. Using the caption, your challenge is to find out what is happening in the image. Remember when we did this during the Great Depression?
You will use a secondary source (websites, textbooks, non-fiction books) to help you try to answer the Primary Source Analysis. Using your analysis, your final step will be to fill in the Primary Source Summary. If possible, type out your final summary and email to me at [email protected], or keep a written record.
